Pick a slot, tell us what you need, confirm your email. We review every request by hand and come back to you.

The session fee is paid at the start, before equipment comes out. The hourly rate is then settled at each hour mark as we go, not billed afterwards. You can stop at any hour. Travel, if any, is agreed in writing before the day.

Booking does not confirm the appointment. We verify your email address first, then review the request and come back to you.

How the appointment works

01We meet at the agreed location.
02Payment for the opening session.
03You take a radio, and we coordinate over it - that is how long-range work happens at all.
04Payment again at each hour mark.
05Once done, we are done. Nice and simple.

You must check in 24 hours before

24 hours ahead we email you a check-in with one button to press. You have until 3 hours before the appointment to press it.

Miss that deadline and the appointment is cancelled automatically - every link in your emails stops working and the booking cannot be reinstated. You will be told when it happens, with a link to start a fresh booking. We would rather run a check-in than drive an hour to an empty car park.

Changing your booking

Every confirmation email carries a link to change or cancel. Up to the 24-hour mark you can move it yourself; after that you can still cancel, right up to the appointment time.

Time and location decide whether we can actually be there, so changing either sends the booking back for approval.
